1.All Team Members are expected to be available(stay Active) when they log in room.
2. Incase of being busy Park the id in staff room with a status.
3.Respect one another in the team and the users.
4 Refrain from Jugats as far as possible.
5.Do not discuss any issues relating to the room or of the team among the users.
6.Of any dispute among the team members please move to the Staff room .Do not humiliate anyone in public.
7.Greet and welcome every one in the room.
8.Speak with the users in a soft and humble way.Let the user feel he/she is welcome here.
9.Please do not hold the mic too long request users to come on the mic.
10.IN the main room try to preferable hold topics .refrain from playing music .
11.Its is the most important to give a lot of respect and warm welcome to female users. Please do not start flirting with any and every female thats in the chat room.(IN OTHER WORDS DONT BEHAVE LIKE DESPOS)
12.Do bring into notice of any issues which are related to the chatroom.
13.Guide users by coming on the mic as far as possible.It helps in making a new user comfortable in the room.
14.Involve users to participate in games .topics etc.
15.Do not Kick any user with out intimating him /her in the PM.nO KICKS ON PERSONAL GRUDGES. Incase the need to kick arises please report the matter in the kicked id why the user was kicked.
16.Do not take or close the mic with out any reason .Inform the User in their Pm the reason.
17.Its very Important that we do not want any USER to become a ABUSER.So for that STOP KICKING, TAKING THE MIC ,CLOSING THE MIC UNNECESSARILY.
18: NO GLOBAL FOR GUIDE USERS.WE HAVE OBSERVE NOW LONG IT WILL TOOK THEM TO NOTICE THAT THERE IS NEW USER.
